APPOINTMENTS
New Patients: All new patients are required to have a referral from their primary care physician, emergency room or urgent care clinic.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your appointment time, you may have to be rescheduled. If you do not show for your appointment, you will not be rescheduled and will need to find another gastroenterologist.
Established patients: If you need to cancel, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may be rescheduled.
PRESCRIPTIONS
Please call our office at 315-788-9849 for any prescriptions refills. Although we process most prescriptions the same day, please give us at least 48 hours notice.
